Hindus consider life a play of one entity called the Godhead.

This entity plays every role in existence; humanity, animals, plants, and even dead material.

In physics, this corresponds with the principle that energy of the universe is consistent; in that can’t be destroyed, only transformed.

Hence separateness is an illusion in the grand scheme of creation.

The question then would be, how well are you playing the game of life?

Here are three quotes with questions, which can help you determine your answer.

“All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players. — William Shakespeare.

How often are you aware of how stories influence people?

Do you believe in your own story?

Would you say you perform your roles well?

“Lies don’t end relationships; the truth does.”
― Shannon L. Alder

Did you pick your friends or the other way around?

How many white lies did you tell last week?

Can you be vulnerable to the stranger?

“A person’s success in life can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations he or she is willing to have.” — Tim Ferris

Which conversation do you keep postponing?

Who gives you anxiety, thrills, anger?

Can you be brutally honest with yourself and others?

I sincerely, after these questions that you have become more aware of the drama in our lives.

Instead of getting caught up, social dynamics use managerial techniques to keep up good appearances.

Sugar Coating 101

Tell someone you have a pickle with, first an honest, detailed compliment

Then proceed in telling them what bothers you.

Finish up with a compliment and exist the conversation.

Example

Hey NAME

Last week you made a stunning … , how did you achieve such a magnificent feat?

Response

It such a pleasure to have you as …. who inspires me to do…..

I just wanted to tell you that I have a problem with General Behavior (never point the finger directly)

I noticed that you sometimes do……, I don’t feel/ I don’t like/ It hinders me /

Could you be mindful next time and do this….. instead (always give the preferred behavior, don’t assume the figure that out)

I am sure because you are such good at …..(repeat the first compliment)

You will manage fine. I have a ….(and exist)

People who have trouble taking criticism will leave on a high and will remember your praise. They will want to uphold your reputation of them so they will change their behavior.

Don’t do this with loved ones. Therefore I recommend nonviolent communication.
